A 1995 graduate of Gilbert High School, 2000 graduate of Marshall University, and 2003 graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law, Mr. White began his legal career as a staff attorney for the judiciary committee of the Kentucky legislature where he drafted bills on a variety of subjects—civil, criminal, and administrative in nature.
After approximately two years, he took a job as an associate litigation attorney with Gary C. Johnson, PSC, where he focused on plaintiffs’ litigation, including medical malpractice, car wrecks, premises liability, and other causes of action. Thereafter, he defended such claims for over a year and learned the tactics that many defense firms use to minimize your compensation.
"Keeping my clients involved in their proceedings enhances their chance of receiving a result that works best for them."
In 2009, he realized a lifelong dream and returned to southern West Virginia where he worked as an assistant prosecuting attorney in Logan County for nearly seven years.
With experience in personal injury, family law, property law, criminal law, and a variety of other areas, Mr. White is excited to use his over twelve years of legal experience in his partnership with Steven Wolfe to provide exceptional services to the coalfield in the kind and respectful manner its people deserve.
When you contact Wolfe, White & Associates for your legal needs, you can relax, knowing that they will vigorously work for you and keep you involved each step of the way.
